Shipping Information

Your order will be processed promptly by the system and delivered within 1-3 business days. Shipping is insured with tracking via DPD or DHL to Germany and all other countries in Europe.

You will receive a tracking link for your shipment via email and in your account.

Returns

• You have 30 days to return your items.
• Please note that only new and unworn products can be returned. Additionally, the labels/hangtags must still be attached to the items for a return to be accepted.
• The items may be briefly worn for testing the size and fit.
• We do not offer exchanges. If something doesn't fit, please place a new order for the desired item.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the return.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Our average processing time for returns is 7 to 10 days.
• If you use our DHL return label, a fee of 2.50€ will be deducted from the refund amount. You may also use other shipping service providers, and you will be responsible for the associated costs. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. The use of our return label incurs a fee of 2.50€, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns from outside Germany

Sufficiently frank the shipment and send it back to us.
